Just because you wear designer clothes that may well have cost you hundreds of dollars, doesn’t mean that you have style. Fashion isn’t necessarily the items that you choose to pick out, but rather, in what kind of sense you wear them. I can be fitted from head to toe in Louis Vuitton and Gucci, but that doesn’t automatically make me fashionable; it just means I’m wealthy enough to afford that certain type of clothing. Style is how you put each and every individual piece of clothing together; fusing it into one outfit. It’s not what you wear, but how you wear it. Majority of the people I encounter nowadays are having problems deciphering this concept. You can’t determine whether or not your outfit is fashionable just based on how much it costs. The next time you decide to drop bills on a clothing piece or accessory, just think; are you able to pull it off? Does it all come together as one? If not, switch it up a bit and twist your own style into it. You don’t want to end up wasting money and looking like a fool, that’s a lose-lose situation.”The clothes don’t make the man, the man makes the clothes”.
